Song Player Hotkey Buttons

Chordle lets you add up to three quick-access buttons on each side of the song player. Each button triggers a hotkey action, giving you one-tap access to common actions without needing a keyboard or pedal.

Toggle actions (such as scrolling, audio metronome, and chord diagrams) show a highlighted state when active so you can see at a glance whether they’re on or off.

Configuring the buttons

Open the Song hotkey buttons section of the settings pane. You’ll see two groups — Left and Right — each supporting up to three buttons:

  • Tap the Add button on the side you want to add a new button to and choose the action from the list
  • Tap an existing button’s action to replace it with a different one
  • Tap the remove button next to an entry to remove it

You can add up to 3 buttons on each side.

Accessing the buttons

The buttons are visible in the song player when you’re playing a song at the bottom of the screen on their respective sides:
